The landscape of health and well-being content is flushed with numbered lists of “to-dos” and step-by-step instructions that rarely dig deeper than surface-level. Aduro, a company at the intersection of well-being and human performance, offers coaching and content that is grounded in behavior change research.
The ask of Aduro’s members is big: be vulnerable and open to possibility. But how do you do that when you’re uncertain who is on the other end of the phone line or video? To revamp all of Aduro’s content, we put their Human Performance coaches up front as the guides and made each member the hero of their story. It made all the difference.

The Results
“It’s like I feel like I can be open and honest with them. I believe these coaches really want me to be my best, and it inspires me to move forward.”
How can you know and trust who you’re talking to unless you see them face to face?
The challenge with remote telephonic coaching is building trust over time. At Aduro, we worked to build that trust in our digital content so that it would spill over to engaging in more programs or signing up for coaching.
With the sizzle reel below and engaging video introductions to each piece of content by our coaches, engagement in digital content and coaching increased. Members remarked that they felt more comfortable engaging with the coaches or content that resonated with them the most.
